WINTER/SPRING ACTIVITIES GUIDE

HOW TO REGISTER:
1) Download and print Registration Information and Form.
2) Fill out all the information requested on the recreation program registration form, including the activity name, session and level (if applicable), participant's name and phone number. Please print clearly.
3) If paying by check, make check payable to the City of American Canyon, which covers the cost of all classes for which you are registering. Write your California Driver Licence number and expiration date on the check.
4) Mail form and check, or bring form for payment by credit card, check or cash, to the Parks and Recreation Office - see below for address details.
NOTE: Registration for Jazzercise is taken at the class by the instructor.
1. REGISTER AT THE PARKS AND RECREATION OFFICE AT 100 BENTON WAY.
Parks and Recreation Department office hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and City Holidays
Our offices accept Mastercard, Visa, checks, money orders, or cash.
2. On Line Registration
On Line Registration - To register for programs and activities from your home computer, please click HERE. An additional convenience fee will be charged.
3. MAIL-IN REGISTRATION - Your completed form and payment may be mailed to:

4. DROP BOX - Your registration form and payment (check or money order) may be placed in the drop box that is located next to the entrance of the Parks and Recreation Department, 100 Benton Way. Do not place any cash in the drop box. Placement of registration form and payment in the drop box does not guarantee enrollment in the class or activity.
