"The Duck" is wheelchair accessible. ACT makes every effort to accommodate those with special needs.
Seniors and disabled riders can arrange for pick-up and drop-off services by calling (707) 557-7557 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
The number of special pick-ups for each loop is limited so reserve your ride in advance.

New Service Effective March 17, 2008
AmericanCanyonTransit "The Duck" - The American Canyon Transit, or The Duck, service operates on a fixed route but will deviate off route, upon request, for door-to-door service for seniors and disabled individuals. The Duck serves major shopping and community locations in American Canyon, as well as, Sutter Solano Hospital, Kaiser Hospital and Sereno Transfer Center in Vallejo. The service operates on a 90-minute frequency Monday to Friday, with no weekend service.
Door-to-Door - Same day requests for seniors and disabled individuals only. Please call at least 30 minutes in advance of your requested pickup. Because of the popularity of the service, a maximum of four requests are filled per hour. The bus will deviate from route to pickup or deliver a rider, then immediately return on route and continue.
