Loans are available to assist low-income households perform necessary maintenance and repairs to residences within the city limits. The City will help qualified homeowners with low-interest loans as well as construction assistance. Applicants must be very low-income or low-income households and meet home ownership requirements. Funding is available to repair or replace deficiencies to residential structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, roofing, water damage, energy conservation, correction of health and safety issues and accessibility/mobility modifications.
